Choosing to go to therapy is a decision to invest in your health and wellbeing. I am happy to work with your insurance company to make counseling possible for you and your loved ones. You may have out-of-network health insurance benefits that we can bill for you. You may contact your insurance company to determine your benefits, or you can complete the Insurance Intake Form below with your new client paperwork. For a $15 service fee, our insurance billing services provider will contact your insurance company and make an initial inquiry about your insurance benefits so that you can know in advance how much your sessions will cost you. By choice, we are not “in network” for any insurance companies.
